Enlarge the holes so that shoulder bolts do not contact

  1. Adjust table height to 36 inches.
  2. Remove screws securing the outer plastic enclosure to the top frame and let the enclosure rest on the base.
  3. The area you need to focus on is indicated by the red circle.
  4. Remove the two shoulder bolts. You will be enlarging the two holes that they pass through.

  6. Add grease to the outer surface of the large spring where it enters the short square tube.

7. Slide the washer on each shoulder bolt and reinstall. Follow the next sheet to adjust the rollers. The frames need to be aligned so that the bolts are centered in the holes you enlarged to prevent future contact.
