EXPLANATION:
ANATOMOTOR: Back Roller Won't Stay Up
Each back roller is mounted on top of rack bar that is moved up and down by a round spur gear as you turn the handle on the outside of the table. The height is maintained by a tooth that you engage and disengage from the rack by the small lever under your handle. If the rollers will not stay up then verify that the tooth is not loose on its rod.

1. Remove the four wingnuts underneath the corners of the cushion ("A") to remove it.
2. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the four screws at corners of the Insert ("B") to remove it.

3. Compare the relationship of the good handle with the tooth on its rod while the roller is all the way down. Position the loose tooth the same as the tight one and use a wrench to tighten the nut that secures the tooth.
4. Replace the Insert and cushion.
