-Positioning Tilt Top for Table to Start-
EXPLANATION: Tilt top tables will not move back and forth while the lift back is tilted up. The lift back mechanism must press a micro switch to ensure this correct positioning of the table. A TILT light on the control panel shows that the mechanism is not pressing this switch.
SYMPTOM: If the top frame gets moved out of position the table will not start. Three things need to be done to correctly adjust the assembly:
1. If the table has a Cervical/Lumbar switch then LUMBAR must be selected.
2. The main cushion frame needs to close the lumbar micro switch. Turn the gear box pulley by hand until the top moves back against it.
