RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE (EVERY SIX MONTHS OR 1500 HOURS OF USE)
- To remove table top, remove wing nuts (A) and (A1); for tilt top models, (A) and (A2) only.
- Oil the six casters (B) around the axle (on both sides of the wheel) with 3-in- One Oil or lithium spray.
- Oil motor at points (C); three to four drops of 3-in-One Oil.
- Oil axle areas at point (D).
- Vacuum table, especially around casters. It is normal for caster dust to accumulate in that area.
- Material of the table can be cleaned with a mild soap solution.
- To prevent the top pad from stretching, it is recommended that the rollers be lowered and the filler block inserted under the top pad during the evening.
