EXPLANATION:
The cushion lock may not be totally engaging because the tip of the locking handle is too far away from the frame it engages in.

INSTRUCTION:
Loosen the two bolts securing this angle to the cushion. The second bolt is not visible in the photo.
Push the angle toward the center of the table and tighten the bolts again.
Repeat this process on the other side of the cushion. Loosen the two bolts that secure the steel angle to the cushion and see if it will shift toward the center of the table. Tighten the bolts.
