Remove the section of the plastic skirt that has the On/Off button mounted to it.

Locate the green control board inside the table. Unplug the cable to the foot and head actuators. Plug them back in, swapping the ports.

Run the table and see if the symptoms stay with the same actuator. If the problem moves to the other actuator than the problem may be with the green board. Contact the office at Hill Laboratories for information regarding where to send the board for analysis and repair.
