CAUTION: Do not turn the table on until you have verified that the magnet will not contact the reed switch.
The magnet will typically stop just above or below the reed switch. Also, the gap between them when they are straight across from each other is about 1/8" inch. This distance can be verified by turning the power to the table off and then turning the large pulley by hand until the magnet is straight across from the white switch.
If the cushions are flat when the table was in Home position then do not adjust the reed switch up or down. If the reed switch does not "see" the magnet then it can be carefully tapped closer until the gap is about 1/8".
