There are self-lubricating oil-in-brass bushings at each pivot point but sometimes they squeak. Apply a thin lubricant such as WD40. Loosen the set screw at the location and tap the pin or shaft out in order to apply lubricant to the appropriate surface.

If noise appears to resonate from the actuator area two things can be done to resolve this. 1. The bolt can be removed and a thick grease applied to the surface of the bolt where it passes through the actuator. 2. If there is any gap between the actuator and the two plates on the base then the bolt can be removed and fiber washers inserted in those gaps to take up the space and prevent the vibration/resonation.
