How to attach swivel bracket

1. Slide oilite (brass color) washer onto stud.
2. Slide bracket onto stud
3. another oilite washer
4. a steel washer
5. Thread the plain 5/16-18 nut on until it secures the bracket so that it still turns but with some resistance.
6. Thread the nut with the nylon insert up hard against the first nut to serve as a jam nut.
