1. Swivel the stirrup to the desired position.
- Remove the lock knob for adjustable extension.
- Drill 1/4" diameter hole through the angle of the swivel bracket and through the large plate of the top frame.
- Remove the bolts or nuts securing the seat cushion and lift it enough to insert 1/4" bolts down from the top side. Add two washers between the angle and the large plate to fill the gap. Secure the bolt with a nut.
