How to tighten the auto flex gear on the motor shaft (12/2006-2018)

Use an 1/8" hex wrench to remove the four (4) screws and separate the motor from the gearbox. 

Use a 1/16" hex wrench to secure the gear to the motor shaft (also see photo below).
