Parts Needed:
Rotation Limiter (Base 1-25), 1 qty
Rotation Stop Plate (Base 1-26), 1 qty
Extended Hgt Rocker Pedal (Base 1-27), 2 qty (include 1/4-20 set screws in collars, 4 qty)
Screws, #6 x 7/16" self-tap, 2 qty
1. Remove black end caps, original rocker pedals, springs, black rubber switch activator from shaft, and 1/2" diameter shaft.
2. Cut the weld holding the original stop plate to the underside of the base (diagram 1).
3. Locate the stop plate to the inside wall of base tube as shown (diagram 2) using the 1/2" shaft to locate the hole and secure with the two self-tapping screws enclosed. It is recommended that you predrill the holes to 1/8".
4. The 1/2" diameter shaft should extend out of the base an equal distance on each side
5. Assemble the rocker with the Rotation Limiter as shown (diagram 3). Also include the rubber switch activator on the shaft. It should be located back at its original location enveloping the end of the switch stem.
