Table and chair orders must be shipped through a freight company because of the size and weight of the products. Our shipping manager works with a variety of freight companies in order to find the best price to ship to your location.
Most authorized dealers will have products shipped to their location so they can personally deliver your new table.
If your order is being shipped directly to your location, however, you will have a few different options.
- Regular delivery: the freight company will call you to set up delivery once the product is at their dock. The truck that delivers your table will have a lift gate to unload the product, but you will be responsible for unboxing and carrying it into your office. This will require assistance as your table is heavy. You will also be responsible for discarding the packaging materials, including the pallet.
- White glove delivery: the freight company will call you to set up delivery once the product is at their dock. When the company arrives to deliver your product, they will unload, uncrate, and place the table in your office. They will also remove the packaging materials.
- International delivery: For international shipments, we ship direct to the closest international airport. It is the the customers responsibility to coordinate transport of the equipment to its final destination, including paying any import duties and fees.
