- Use pedal to raise top to highest position.
- Unplug the table.
- Remove the screws (under the black trim) securing the flat plastic covers on top of the skirting.
- Remove screws securing the inside skirt to the base.
- Remove screws securing the outer skirt to the top frame and let it rest on the base.
- Disconnect wires leading to motors mounted to the top frame.
- Remove the top frame from the scissors.
- Lift the both skirt sections from the base and cut the height shorter on a table saw. The inner skirt should be 11 1/2” tall and the outer skirt should be 11 3/4” tall.
- Replace the standard height scissors (34” long) with the short version (33” long)
- Mount a micro switch to limit the UP range of the actuator. The roller is 4 1/2” from the of the metal strip of the base, as shown in the photo.
- Find the blue wire in the wire harness and route it to the micro switch. Cut the blue wire and crimp on the ring connectors, provided.
- Return the skirt sections to the base.
- Mount the top frame to the scissors. Be sure all set screws have blue thread locker added and are tightened.
- Reattach the skirting and the flat covers on top of the skirting.
