Use the foot pedal to elevate the table.
Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the dry wall screws securing the wood strips against the bottom of the cushion. This will allow you to lower the outer section of skirt and rest it on the steel base. Do not try to remove the skirt.
There are six brackets secured to the cushion with a total of 8 hex head bolts. Check to make sure they are tighten. A 7/16" wrench or socket can be used to tighten any that are loose. Do not over tighten.
