The Hill Mat Table is shipped with the mat attached to the base by four nuts and bolts (as shown in photo). We use only four in case the mat must be removed from the base before moving the table to its interior location.
Once the base is placed where it will stay, an additional twelve bolts must be added to secure the mat before treatment can begin. To do this, look at the underside of the mat and notice a total of 16 bolts that are extending downwards through the plywood center panel (there may only be 12 if the 4 corners are still attached). Use the provided washers and nuts and place them on all of the remaining mounting bolts (as shown in photo).
Once a total of sixteen washers and bolts are secured and firmly tightened, the Hill Mat Table is ready to use.
